High performance and the stoics share this in common, they review their weeks. How did your week go? What things did you learn about yourself this week? Where did you not show up fully this week? These are just a few questions you can ask yourself, as well as, what can I do today to prepare for the week ahead and learn from the week behind. Review in the past and taking action on your learnings is a powerful practice. Staying stuck in the past is not. Step into a new week with a few of the powerful reflections. TD 🦬

How is your week going so far? Are you on track with the objectives you set out to accomplish this week? If so great! Keep up the good work and continue mission. Off a bit? Here’s something to try to help get things back in line with your mission for the week. Ask yourself, then take action: One action I could take today to demonstrate excellence or real value is… Hope this serves y’all well today! TD 🦬

How did your week go? Did you accomplish the things you set out to accomplish? Or did you loose sight and fall short? Zero condemnation if your fail short. It’s a new day and a great opportunity to refocus. Maybe you found yourself misaligned with your vision. You know the one you have written out for your life. If you don’t have one check out the one I wrote for my life in 2017. I share it in this weeks episode 108 “Vision To Live The Inspired Way” Without a vision we get off course and that can lead to us not facing the small or bigger storms in our life. Check out here: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-inspired-way/id1515292341 or play it from this app. Have a great and inspired weekend! TD 🦬

Lights. Camera. Action. We all heard this before, however, generally we see the byproduct of these words in movies, tv shows, and/or plays. Have you ever thought about how incomplete s movie or show would be if one of these components was missing or never happened? Without lighting we wouldn’t be able to see clearly. Without the camera there’s no film to record and watch later. No action. No movie. The same is true in our lives! Vision. Faith. Action. We have to have a vision or we parish. We need faith or it is impossible to please God. And action? Well our faith is dead without it. So, we need to have a clear vision for our lives and faith that with divine intervention we will see it come to pass. We need to take action on our faith, on the vision we have so we give God an opportunity to add His super to our natural! What is something you need to take more action on today? TD 🦬 PS stay tuned for a new episode released this week on Vision For The Storm

Comment below on the topics you’d like to hear on the pod. Topics in alignment with The Inspired Way Manifesto, when we allow endurance to have its way in the storms of life, we will be perfect and complete body (physical), soul (mind/will/emotions), and spirit (Godly relationship). So what questions do you have around body, soul, and spirit?

I Would love to hear your thoughts on episode 105. Have you felt or sensed the winds shift? Whether a recession storm on the horizon is 6mos, 12mos or 18mos from now, being prepared can provide peace. After speaking with several business owners and friends, I felt compelled to share some thoughts and a few ideas to help us all prepare. Implementing these ideas could helps us all thrive together. Here are the 9 ideas: 1) Prepare and anticipate  leaner times, the storm - Wayne Gritzy He would anticipate where the shot was going 2) Up your risk tolerance - if you feel over-leveraged in areas, sell something. Start living leaner now…cost grocery budgets 3) Carry Cash - sell things around the house to have cash on hand. 4) Avoiding any major real estate deals unless you plan to live there 10+ yrs 5) Have a plan in place in your home and business…have the meetings now. Get everyone on board. 6) Precious metals 7) Protect your career - easy to fake success in fatter sunnier days. In leaner times employers require more production…Google/Facebook 8) Do the work - personal development and professional - increase your urgency and necessity One last idea - 9) Don’t do it alone…have a community - buffalos go into the storms together What are some things you guys are practicing or what plans do you have?
